Coach Warren Lager begins his 32nd season at the helm of the Marin Pirates Swim Team. Warren has coached numerous swimmers to the Olympic Trials, Nationals and All American rankings, plus over one hundred swimmers to collegiate teams.
Regardless of experience or talent, the focus for members of the Senior Team is always based on measuring success by reaching your potential. This group consists of committed swimmers ages 14 and over. All ability levels are welcome. First year Senior Pirates are not required to attend weekday morning practices. Required meets are approximately once a month.
